Jason Tronerud founded Innovative Solutions, Inc. (ISI) in 2000. Jason is a native of northern Minnesota and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at North Dakota State University. His four years of engineering experience at Rockwell International helped propel his successful career in technical sales for the past 25 years, including the last 20 years as the founder/owner of ISI.

Chad Gibbon joined ISI in June 2021 bringing over 20 years of domestic and international product development experience to the team. Born and raised in rural North Dakota, Chad earned degrees in Machine Tooling from North Dakota State College of Science (1997) and in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University (2008). His work experiences have ranged from Mechanical Design to Project Management to Engineering Lead. With a strong technical background and a passion for innovation, Chad is ready to help you develop your product from concept through production.
